Guide to Submitting a Memorial Plaque Photo
KEY INFORMATION TO HELP OBTAIN A QUALITY FULL COLOR CERAMIC KILN FIRED MEMORIAL PLAQUES OR JUST A PICTURE FOR YOUR CLIENTS BELOVED PET MEMORIAL
- POOR & LOW QUALITY photos WILL NOT translate well so please follow our submission guide below regarding Highest Resolution possible and Photo Positioning of main subject matter requested by your clients Fur-Baby.
- All ceramic plaques are MADE in AUSTRALIA and shipped to the USA on a monthly basis, so please allow additional time for Photo Ceramic Plaques to arrive after your written approval and sign off of the Artwork Layout.
- Any Artwork, Graphic, Emblem or Font that's NOT part of the offerings in our Standard Art Gallery, or 1 of the 5 offered Fonts then your job will be considered as a Custom Job and additional charges may well apply.
- Extra time is required to Design a Custom Order. We can assist and help source custom graphics upon request at additional costs.
- NATURALLY - if the Client send a Black & White Photo ONLY- then the Photo Image will be BLACK & WHITE ONLY.
- We CAN NOT produce FULL COLOUR PHOTOS from original Black & White Photos as / or if offered.
PLEASE BE SURE TO OFFER AND SEND THE BEST PHOTO
- If you send us a Poor Quality - Low Res Photo/s then the end result will be as follows.
- Simply put, the Highest Resolution of the best Quality Photo you have is best practice to work with.
- If You or Your client send Low-Res – Poor Quality Photos - then that is what the process will return.

A QUALITY COLOR IMAGE is essential to producing a QUALITY – LIFE TIME* GUARANTEED FULL COLOR CERAMIC MEMORIAL PLAQUE - or - a FULL COLOR PHOTO IMAGE :
- When your client is purchasing a Bronze Plaque look alike Full Colour Memorial Plaque we highly recommend to use the exact same background and gold-brass coloured frame as per our samples.
- We Can and DO also Offer just a FULL COLOR PHOTO Plaque ( NO WORDING ) as well with LIFE TIME GUARANTEE - see Sizes and Shapes for COLOR PHOTO in CERAMIC for Outdoor use ( see below )
- Original COLOR, uncropped, uncompressed photos transfer beautifully & engrave great also where applicable.
- Have your client where possible send more than one choice of photo please so we can choose the best.
- We shall send final PROOF of ALL personalization/s of which shall require either yours or your customer’s written Sign-Off & Final Approval.
- We DO ALL Plaque Planning communication – be it the Order & / or Layout Artwork via email for File Records.
- Based on what you and / or your client sends us & via the ORDER FORM & from our first cast of Artwork PROOF –the price of the Full Colour Ceramic Memorial Plaque comes with 2 mild amendments -changes ONLY to layout. If more is needed after 2 mild amendments / changes – after that, extra time may be charged.
- If you and / or your client is / are SCANNING the chosen and preferred Color image, please be sure to SCAN at a High Resolution of NO LESS than 600 d.p.i.
- Sending a picture from your phone? Don't send a screenshot! Instead, go to the photos section of the phone and forward us the actual (original) photo.
- Be sure that when you or your client is sending the picture, the layout & order via EMAIL that the photo is sent using FULL RESOLUTION and send as an attachment and please DO NOT Cut-Drag & Drop into the email body.
If the photo you send to us is too small, it will become distorted and blurry when blown up to the size needed for the CERAMIC PHOTO PLAQUE:

PLEASE NOTE:
ENGRAVING of Photos while it can be done on some Urns … it is NOT the best result when compared to a FULL COLOUR CERAMIC MEMORIAL PLAQUE or FULL COLOR PHOTO as used for our STONE MEMORIAL RANGE.
Without a QUALITY – Hi-Resolution & well cropped, well-lit photo, it is near impossible to be able to produce the best image for your proposed Full Colour Ceramic Memorial Plaque or set all up nicely for Engraving if that is the option your client may choose all depending on which Memorial Option chosen.
If You / or your Pet Parent Client has limited access to a QUALITY photo, we’re happy to do our best using what Design Programs we have such as Photoshop to aid us in sharpening, balancing and attempting to get the best image possible.
Please Accept & Understand – WE can only do our best with what is forthcoming – All pictures can be emailed or sent via Drop Box etc. if the file is over 15-20 MB – or way to large.
You / or your Pet Parent Client are always best to send a WORD.doc showing the wording and general layout remembering the main size for our Sandstone Block Memorials is a Ceramic Plaque being 4”x 4” – or – Metric-100mm x 100mm.
