Free Shipping Terms

1. Companions Rest Memorials products are delivered via road freight, FREE OF CHARGE to your door, across the lower 48 States of the USA and metropolitan areas across Canada. ( Retail Orders Only )
2. Ground Shipping normally takes 5-7 Business Days.
3. 1-2 DAY delivery, via air freight across North America and metropolitan Canada, is also available upon application. Extra charges apply at cost.
4. If you live outside our Free Shipping locations, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, or you can phone us for a Shipping quote.
5. Free Shipping is for Retail Orders Only.
6. If you are placing Wholesale or Bulk Orders you must phone us to receive a Shipping quote.
7. Import duties and local taxes are not included in the delivery fees and are due from the customer. Please, note that for each country different import taxes may apply.
8. All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We do our best to ensure same-day dispatch when possible.
9. Special Premium Color orders will have a longer processing and delivery time as the product has to be handmade. Additional fees may apply.
10. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
11. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
12. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place your order.
13. Please note, it is our customer’s responsibility to contact the post office or the courier company to arrange pick-up or re-delivery of parcels that could not be delivered because you (the customer) were unavailable.
14. The delivery time also depends on the postal service, the security, airport, and customs procedures on the way, and this timing is beyond our control.
15. Companions Rest Memorials products are packed with due care to limit the risk of damage during transit, therefore we are not responsible for any loss, or damage once it leaves our Warehouse.
